I've done some protections for clients. A lady going through a violent devorce. Was beaten twice and raped once, by her "X", before we met. After I started, she said she never saw him again. He didn't pick up the kids for vists (there was fear of obduction). And he did't go to his court days. He just checked in by phone. The judge was alittle upset with him. I promised my sister I would help people like this, after she was killed by her "X", but told no one. - Ray

Magic defence systems and weapons

I might recommend to a number of readers: "Ki In Daily Life" by Moriehi Uyeshiba to start.
While the essential focus of the book is based on the study of Aikido, the use of Ki or Chi or Prana if you use Yoga, is clearly and almost precisely explained.
One might also look into the writings of Gerina Dunwich (?).
Most of good 'psychic' self defence is mostly a good mindset, good diet, and an understanding of not only the general rules of magical defence but also also a decent sense of physical defence. One does not need to be a martial artist or combat survivor, just have a good sense of area awareness and a strong defensive mindset without paranoia. - james davis

Good article again, Douglas.

Grecian, There are several palces to get more data and information about these subjects. I did a quick search on my favorite resource site, Sacred-texts.com and found 801 hits for "magical weapons", 333 hits for "talismans" 5 hits for "voodoo dolls" and 45 hits for "psychic shields". That was just searching the sacred texts site.

In the paragraph where Douglas talks about the bioenergy field. The Asian arts call this "chi", the yoginis call it "kundalini", Shamans call it "spirit or life force". There are litteraly thousands of peices of information about how to raise this and how to use it either as a weapon or as the ultimate healing tool.

Happy hunting. - April (heroheidR)

Could you please inform me if there is additional data available somewhere on the subject?
Protection mainly, if absolutely necessary something a little stronger?
Thank you so much for all the information you provide
Best regards,
