<description>Nice circle casting. A couple of thoughts though...

For most this will be too long to be of any real service unless they have about three hours where they know they won't be interupted. There are much shorter circle castings about including the traditional Gardinerian or Alexandrian. I think that even the Rosicrucian is shorter, and it seemed like it took freakin' forever when I stood through it. But like I said this one is nice too, you will just have to keep your focus longer.

Next... Do you really want to dismiss the Elements and the &quot;Lord and Lady&quot;? Think about this for just a second. We are the embodiment of the Elements, even going down to an atomic level. Do you really want them to leave? An alternative would be to let them know that the working is over but that you are aware of their continued presence if not their complete attention. I usually state it as &quot;Stay if you will, go if you must. But know that I carry you ever with me. Let there be peace between me and the _____&quot;.
I don't even dismiss the &quot;Lord and Lady&quot;. This has had varying effects but all of them have been memorable and I was never disappointed. After all they are supposed to be with us always as well, even if we don't have their undivided attention all the time.

Good job, Vera. Keep learning.
