My big dogs get what we call 'Hot Spots' sometimes during the summer. Also since they go roming they come back with minor cuts and scrapes sometimes. So, since I can't run to the vet for every little bit and I don't want anything to fester I came up with something which clears those minor scrapes up in one application.
You would mix up
1 part pinetree oil
1 part lanolin
2 parts sulphor
That makes a paste which can be applied to the affected areas. If it's more persistant use it every other day. Also, I don't think that it would be wise to use on little dogs (lapdogs) or on cats. You can store that stuff in an airtight container and mix well before any use because the oil has a tendency to seperate. Oh, and it stinks like 'hell' but it works....
Have a good day and stay cool.....Romana

I sent my soul through the invisible, some letter of that after-life to spell, and by and by my soul returned to me, and answered "I Myself am Heav'n and Hell."
