Ok let's take this in order...
Teleportation... I have never seen a chant or spell that works, but it gets really complicated... Let me explain as best I can ( not a quantum physist, don't even play one on tv)
Physics states this to be theoretically possible. Power needs computaion needs can not currently be met and there are no functioning non-organic Heisenberg compensators available at this time. Sounds kind of tongue-in-cheek but, only partly. When we start talking about teleportation we begin to talk about some serious physics principles that we have not yet learned to overcome. This baseline teaching may be why no one has gotten a spell for this to work, but there it is.
Transmutation... Sweetie, you do this already. It is part of the way that the body deals with the food that you put in it so that you can live. With practice and concentration you can get better at it. But you do it already.
Master psychic development... This is possible, with lots of meditation, practice, and some education. This is something that you would not want all at once anyway. Think about the complications that would come with it.
So the short answer after this really long thing... I hav e never heard of any spell or chant that will give you any of this stuff all at once. Thanks for the chance to try to explain this though.
