So how does one go about meeting their spirit guide without meeting something you dont want too. I have always been a little freaked by otherworldly visitors because I scare the crap out of myself with stuff like paranormal activity (the movie, BTW I am still turning on lights to go to the pottie) but all my life I felt that stuff was taboo which of course makes me a prime candidate for visits from nasties, so how do you become more involved without negativity? I know that there is a guide or guides because I believe they set things up for me and that's how certain things happen but I never addressed or talked to one more or less communicated?

You need a mirror , a black candle and a picture of the person or their name on a piece of black paper written in white and a fire proof dish like a little metal or copper bowl to st the candle in. place the mirror away from you and place the persons photo in front of the mirror so that there pic is reflected. Cast your protection circle or say your protection incantation (whatever works for you), light the candle and say this ("This spell on me I return to thee, To thee who hast so ill-wished me. So mote it be" (x3))While you are doing this envision a black cloud being sucked away from you and being sucked into the persons pic or name. You can add something to the reversal like " may this spell stay reversed and keep me from any curse, free will to all and harm to none, now my will is truly done". When finished burn the photo or paper and take the ashes to work and place them in the persons property or somewhere that is theirs. Dont use the mirror again or if you do then soak it in salt water overnight and keep it wrapped in a black cloth. Also right after the spell drink some water with salt in it or take a shower with salt scrub and just get the ickiness off of you.

You can also personalize a knot spell. You need yarn with the color you want. Like purple or blue for protection or white for protection or black to remove negativity and then do a rhyme as you tie seven knots in the string. Begin like this: with knot one, this spells begun, with knot two, my words are true.... then go from there to personalize it. Good luck.

Your so right about them bugging you to much, but im slowly coming to grips with them, i had 3 at first now only 1 comes around and that is only when i ask for his help, but it is nice to have them around close when i need them.
