this i post here for lack of a better place to put it

the following is my opinion agree or disagree as you wish

magic is like electricity it is neither good or bad (tho it does have poles which we call positive and negative)

magic has no consciousness it don't think or feel it is shaped only by it's user
and remember one man/woman's good is another's evil

example
you save a man's life ( this is a good thing right?)
but later you find out that that man after you saved him tortured and killed a bus load of children (are you then responsible tor the pain , suffering and eventual deaths that followed?)

good/bad up/ down in/out all this is nothing more than a person's perspective

all this is based on a learned morality
a process that starts at conception and continues each and every moment of our lives as we are bombarded with opinions, words
and where does this modern morality come from?
it is Christian, catholic,and yes even judeoistic in it's creation

heck people if we were still following a truly pagan morality we would be arranging marriages between out 11 yr old daughters and 40 year old men ( and yes even i have been affected by the modern morality and find that to be a truly sick concept)

the point im trying to make people is you own what you do
their is no good or bad other than what we perceive
no white no black no shades of Grey

the point is people that you all need to think for yourselves to truly be witches don't follow another just because they seem to know where they are going
don't believe things just because someone told you it is so
think

if all you want is to have someone tell you what is right and what is wrong then go back to being a catholic or a Christian
be thankful that you can do whatever you want as long as you repent and be thankful you have a bogyman to blame every evil deed you do upon
be content with being a sheep

but if you want to be a true witch then question everything

think outside the box?

heck no destroy the box and build something new

honestly people agree with me or don't, just think for yourselves
Don't quote your teacher to me i don't care what they said
I want to know what you truly think and be honest at least with yourselves

Okay 2nd post, as usual. First things first. Agree or disagree? Totally agree.

What we here in the US see as questionable or wrong, are things that are perfectly acceptable in other countries.

Now in all fairness, I do understand that I can call it whatever I want, wrong is still wrong. I would never intentionally create a wrong, but wrong as a define it. If someone comes after me or mine with intent, I will use whatever I have at my disposal to rid the problem. Even in the courts there is a such a thing as justifiable homocide LoL. I call that justice or even self defense REGARDLESS of whether I cause harm to the other person.

Did you recently see the news about the mother who didnt like a girl that her daughter was hanging around so she logged on my space and drove the girl to kill herself? Tell me what parent among us would have turned the other cheek? I dont care who you are, in certain cirrcumstances your ideals and what you call moral or ethical will go right out the window and you will likely have no remorse. Why? Because you dont feel that what you did was wrong, therefore to you it wasnt. Remorse and guilt come with wrongs, and what we all see as right or wrong.....is the heart of the issue.

So you see, I agree 110%. What I think is wrong or black or evil or mean, may be the polar opposite of what you or someone else thinks or feels. Ever try conconvincing some else they did something wrong based on what you think when they are sure they were right? That arguement could go on to the end of the life and into the next.

It would seem that all Witchcraft today is eclectic of sorts since all paths have wandered from the way back and have taken what they thought was good and disregarded the rest. What we keep or disregard is a matter of personal prefernce and what you were raised to respect. After all, strippers think hookers are sleazy but I wonder what the Catholic girl next door thinks of the stripper? (other than she cant wait to be old enough to be one)

It's also called Personal Responsibility, and to take it one step further it includes what is happening to you in your life. You make your reality, you speak and think it into being and you must take responsibility for it if you want to realize who and what you really are. If you surround yourself with crap and hurt that you do to other people, and all you think is that the world is out to get you, you are right. Because that is what you are calling to you.
