I AGREE WITH APRIL AND RAYVEN7. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU ARE WICCAN, PAGAN OR WHATEVER..... EVERYBODY HAS TO HAVE THEIR OWN STANDERD OF ETHICS TO LIVE BY. I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE WICCAN WAY OF LIFE BUT I THINK THAT THE "REDE" MOST LIKELY IS WRITTEN AS A GUIDELINE {LIKE THE 10 COMMENTMENTS IN CHRISTIANITY]. PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I AM MISTAKEN

No. It doesn't do anything but provide a possible set of rules for one to live by. It can't remove spells or curses.
It sounds to me like that's not your problem anyway. It sounds like a perception problem. We all have hard times. We all have hurdles and obstacles to cross. We all have difficulties. Many of these are the universe trying to show you what's really important to you. Take a look at your problems, and deal with them one at a time. That's all that any of us can do.
